The title says it all. However, to explain further, I'd like to change which layers are included in Assembly Drawings and other Output Documents. Using various methods such as 'Properties' during 'Configuration' prior to 'Generate Outputs', I have deleted layers and attempted to add new layers. My edits are accepted and result in changes in the list of layers to be output. However, such changes never take effect. This may be related to another bug I reported some months ago, where attempts to rename layers had no effect. In particular, why are Mechanical15 and Mechanical16 always renamed to 'CourtyardTop' and 'CourtyardBottom'? In any case, I really need to be able to control what gets output for Assembly Drawings.
