When I try to update my schematics into PCB, I am doing the same connections again and again. Its not coming in the PCB.Why is it so?

First thing is to check if there is a mismatch between schematic and PCB. From within the PCB editor use Tools | Component Links to ensure everything matches up.

Don't know if this applies to you but make sure that you are using the Wire function 'W' and not using polyline or some other graphical elements.

Unique ID was missing for some components. Thats why.
