Supplier Links Missing

I have an interesting dilema. I did a project a few months ago, generated all the outputs, and made my boards. After testing I want to make a few modifications, but when I load the project, it seems all the supplier links have vanished. I checked my previously generated BOM to make sure, and I did use supplier links before to keep track of the parts. Somehow, they just vanished. Also, even though the board is completely laid out, one part is missing its footprint now.

 

Anyone experiencing anything similar?

    Hi Michael, sorry to hear you are having issues with a previously completed board. It does sound very strange that a footprint has gone missing - typically the footprint data is stored as part of the PCB file and so even if the external library uses is no longer available the footprint will remain. Using View | Storage Manager or just checking the History folder of the project it may be worth checking a backup of the design to see if that has the same issue.
