Version control

I am trying to use the version control system client within circuitstudio. I have connected to a remote SVN server successfully. The problem is when I try to add a project not all the documents I want to add are listed

There are 4 schematics used, one is redundant and one pcb document. Only one of the sch used, that I want to add is listed, along with one that isn't even in this project.

 

Has anyone seen this before / know what the problem is ?

    Looking at the project view it seems that some documents may not be in the project folder but linked as shortcuts to another location. Take a look directly at the project folder in the file system to check if the documents are really present and you may also find other documents in there that are not actually linked to the project.
