Bug in Silk to Solder Mask Clearance dialog or ...?

Wanted to add a rule to stop some annoying DRC messages from a component library. Made a new entry, select "footprint" and the part footprint, hit either OK or Apply and the rule goes back to the default (except the value entered remains).

Step 1:

Step 2: Hit Apply and it's gone...

But it does show up in the rule summary even though it always displays as the default:

But it gets even weirder than that, if I add a 3rd rule it displays correctly if I open it, etc..

The rules seem to be working, which is the important thing. Confusing as I kept thinking I had failed to set this one rule up correctly.

I have this issue all the time. For example when I set a preferred trace width, hit apply and then go to run a trace and have to change it because CS ignores the setting.

    It works OK for me.

Might not be a very easy to spot issue and could depend on other things, perhaps where that footprint you want to apply the rule to was made (mine are almost all Altium Designer libraries).

Check the Unique ID in the top right corner to be different for the new rule compared with the old rule.

    Before doing any change:

After doing the change and hitting Apply:
