Power nets not getting connected in a hierarchical design

I'm pretty sure I fell down this rabbit hole before but I can't remember what I did to fix it and my google-fu seems low this week. I'm hoping someone can remind me...

 

Schematic compiles without any meaningful warnings. I have things like:

When I update the layout the parts end up like:

And in the messages are things like this for the parts in question:

Parts on other sheets on the VA+5V net are fine, it just seems to be one sheet that's broken.

 

Here's a clip from the page where the power net "originates" from:

I changed the project option to force power net names to take priority to see if somewhere I had mistakenly renamed a power net, but no difference.

 

If I use ALT - click on the VA+5V net it lights-up as expected across all of my pages, so I take that to mean the schematic thinks they are all connected.

 

I'm sure it's obvious but I'm just not seeing where I went south.

    Self followup on this.

     

    After playing around further I saw that if I deleted and added one of the components that failed to connect on the PCB it would work. So I went through the schematic and reset the UID of the parts in question, updated the PCB, and all is happy.

     

    No idea why that was needed; if I had to guess this design was created by cloning an existing similar design (a PITA to do manually vs. some sort "Save as a clone" option - hint for future improvement?) and the parts in question were in the original design. Though so were other parts, and they were fine, so not sure why these specific parts gave CS heartache.

     

    The error messages could perhaps be a bit less cryptic - I can only assume I somehow corrupted the design database doing the clone/edits and things came off the rails at that point. Luckily the UID Reset is an easy enough fix for the handful of components.involved.
