How to focus command search tool using keyboard shortcut

Hello,

What is the keyboard shortcut for focusing the command search bar (see picture)?

This must be available as a keyboard shortcut because otherwise there is no way to focus it while a tool is selected.  For example, if I am in the middle of drawing a line, and I want to invoke a snap related command, I need to be able to focus the command bar in order to bring up the snap dialogue right?

As a side note, this is only actually needed because there does not seem to be any way for me to find out what keyboard shortcuts are available while using the line tool.  For example, if I am using the line tool and I look over to the shortcuts sidebar to view what shortcuts I have at my disposal, I can only see about half of them on-screen.  Since the line tool is selected, there doesn't appear to be any way to scroll down in the shortcuts sidebar to see the rest of them (trying to use mouse to scroll by clicking on the scroll bar is not an option because the screen will just start panning to the side if you try to move the mouse off-screen with the line tool selected --> same problem as with focusing the search bar).

What is the solution here?  I can't place a line in my design at the moment because it keeps snapping all over the place and I can't figure how to invoke a snap-related command to stop that behaviour.

Completely understand the problem of how to scroll a window when in the middle of routing. You can use F1 / Shift F1 to popup a shortcut menu.
