CircuitStudio interactive routing broken?

I've been evaluating CS and really liked the interactive routing.  For some reason when I sat down at my machine today to work on a layout the interactive routing seems to have stopped working.  If you look at the attached screenshot you'll see that the routing mode is in hug and push, but yet it's totally ignoring all obstacles.  I've cycled through the various routing modes (e.g. stop at first obstacle), but nothing seems to work.  Closing CS and reopening didn't help either.  Is there some other hidden setting somewhere that may have been accidentally disabled?

    It's Marisol, from element14. we connected over the phone. Per our conversation, the issue may be a bad design rule. I have emailed you my contact information- please share a copy of your pcb or design rules image. Once I have that information, I will be able to provide a solution.     As Marisol has stated it will most likely be electrical clearance design rules. If you cannot share your design then why not post an image of the electrical clearance design rules you are using.
