Lost nets from schematic -> PCB

The first time I transfer from the schematic to the PCB file the parts and the nets are fine.  But latter as I update the schematic, compile and transfer to the PCB some of the nets get lost?  How do I avoid this and how do I fix the problem. 

 

I have tried deleting the component from the schematic and then replacing it which sometimes works but not all the time.

 

Seems like a bug.  Has this been reported?  I have 1.5.

    I got a very quick response from Peter Barnard at Farnell with the answer that did the job.

     

    "I would first check that your schematic and PCB components are in sync by running Tools | Component Links from the PCB editor. Once all components are matched up then from the schematic run Home | Project > Update PCB Document and Execute the changes. Watch for any error messages (red crosses). If there is a problem with a component or pin mappings it should show up here and will need fixing."

     

    I did the component links trick and it seems to have worked.
