Downloaded but can not get past login in ?

I down loaded Circuit Studio but i can not seem to get past the user licenses.  It asked for email and pass word.  The only problem were do i get the pass word/Licenses?  I looked at some of the data you supply but i never presented those screen shots.  Very frustrating you say you get a free trial but the trial does not even work!  Can anyone help me as to were i have gone wrong on how to actualy get this sofwear running?

    After downloading the trial and completing the form you should receive an email to activate your trial. This does not always work and seems related to having other Altium accounts or having trialed the software before. Please email software@element14.com and we can assist to get you up and running with a trial.

    I deleted my instillation and did the same install instructions (not needed FYI !!).  I got the same result … I never saw the request to enter or apply for a password or user account as it says in the instructions.  It my be related to my new Surface PRO 6 screen and CS Interaction I don't know, but CS has a window related to its operation that covers the login area a person needs to see.  I closed the widow and the login section I needed to see fits perfectly behind this window so I never saw it before.  I just really by luck closed this CS window and was able to finally complete the login process.  I now have 30 day working copy of CS … I spent the rest of the day reviewing every video online.  I will defiantly be purchasing a full licensed copy.
