Can't subscribe for library destroy notify

While working in CircuitStudio, I frequently get this error when trying to place a part from a schematic library - when this happens, the library appears as blank, until i open another and then switch back. Has anyone else had this problem? I know it's one of very many bugs in CS, but it's getting to be one of the more annoying ones:

 

"Can't subscribe for library destroy notify because allready subscribed" (sp)

    We have had this error reported before but extremely rare so we don't have a definitive solution to offer. To help narrow down does this occur with just one library or across all libraries; for one project or across all projects. Is there a known way to trigger the error so help others reproduce. I use CS 1.5.1 on Win 7 and do not see this. Maybe there is some unwanted interactions from a anti-virus package or similar that is causing issues.

    It isn't predictable, but occurs frequently. I have 23 different schematic libraries installed - I first tried them as Project libraries but that doesn't work well, so have put them as Installed. It's worth noting that I have used Altium recently on a different machine and find that Circuitstudio appears a lot slower, especially when loading, with very variable startup delays, so perhaps there is something going on.

    I've seen this from time to time, will keep an eye out in case I can quantify the conditions under which is happens.
