Subscription Renewal, which method is better? App or Web?

tlc8126

I'll preface this text by saying I'm going to make one last subscription purchase. If I don't see any updates, let alone any kind of activity regarding bug fixes/hot fixes, I won't be upgrading in 2020.

So my question is simple. Which is the best way to renew a subscription? I've tried going thru the app and that didn't go to well. And I don't know if I've purchased one from Newark.com via the Website.

Does anyone have any comments one which one is better/easier? Or, which one is worse? (If you don't feel it's worth it to renew, please let me know why not.)

Thanks!

I need to add that I recently installed the 1.5.2 (Build 30) hotfix. So technically this satisfies my desire to see some kind of activity. I just hope this isn't the only activity for 2019.

Obviously slightly biased but I would suggest the website. We have just released some voucher codes to get a discount on upgrading as we though this would be popular once an update was released. Just drop us an email software@element14.com for a code (let us know which website you intend to purchase from).

    Peter,

Which website? I'm in the US if that's what you mean. Discount on Upgrading? Do you mean upgrade to CS from Eagle or something? (Can I still qualify for a voucher code for renewing a 'maintenance' subscription?)

And thanks for your input, biased or not.

Hi Thomas. It was for upgrading your maintenance (renew would have been a better word). If you are in the US then the www.newark.com would be the website. If you haven't yet purchased maintenance then email and we'll get a code organised.
