Placed Maintenance Subsciption Renewal order - What can I expect now?

So, I just put in my order to Newark for a Maintenance Subscription renewal. But I'm a bit confused on what to expect now.

 

Newark's automated replies all talk about getting my order shipped in 2-3 days, but the confirmation email shows that the scheduled ship date is 3-21-2019. Since my current subscription runs out on 3-19-2019 I am thinking there will be problems due to the 2 day laps - that is, if something happens around the 21st. But that's all for components, etc. This is a digital delivery order.

 

Is this supposed to happen behind the scenes? Should I simply login to CircuitStudio in the next couple of days and find my maintenance subscription suddenly indicates it doesn't expire until 3-19-2020? Does anyone have any experience or information on this?

    Hi Thomas. There is no physical delivery - you will receive an email from Altium once they have completed the license update. The dates sometimes seem update themselves within CircuitStudio. If not we suggest trying signing-out and then back in, try the Refresh button and then the Reactivate button.
