I'd like to make a print of components in the PCB view when selected by View : PCB : Components using the "mask" option
My intent is to make a print showing locations of components highlighted by schematic page.
Selecting "Print" does not show any highlighting. Using "Print What" to select the components works, but only shows the
selected components without any masked background so there is nothing to reference such as board outline etc.
I have tried screen capture and it looks like what I want, but it is a graphic format (png) and you can't read component
designators when zoomed in.
I'd like a similar method that would save as .pdf so that zooming in would have enough resolution to still read the
designators.
Any ideas ?
