Multiple pads edit or database for padstacks - how?

Question

Does CS has a kind of padstacks database as other software have - a centralize place to edit a padstack so that it then can be used in multiple footprints or within a one footprint? Or how is it suppose to edit 64 pins of a singe component (e.g. MCU) when it comes to changes, e.g. increase a size of pad?

You can edit multiple pads of one footprint simultaneously with the Inspector (View > Object Inspector)

CS doesn't use a padstack database. The closest is to probably have a number of generic footprint variations and then assign to components as needed.
