Export STEP doesn't export VIA and pads

Hi,

 

When I export to STEP my PCB design, vias and pads are not exported.

I only get a hole for through-hole pad but nothing else for other vias and pads.

 

Do I do something wrong?

 

in the picture below, on link is the 3D view from CS and on right is the STEP result.
