Supplier pricing occasionally buggy in 1.5.2

I would say this happens on about 1 in 10 components when I try and update the supplier links.

1) Open library and select supplier links

2) Hit add, put in the part number, hit search.  It comes back with some:

3) Some will have no pricing (as an aside I find Newark has this problem a lot which I find ironic given CS is sold by Newark) but here I selected three that do.

4) hit OK

Digikey and Newark pricing are gone, and subsequent BOM generation also returns no pricing for those even though it seems to know about it when selecting the suppliers.

 

I can't figure out any pattern to when the pricing doesn't show up, but it is consistent.  I want to say I didn't notice this problem of pricing info disappearing in the prior version.  It's not a supplier specific problem, i.e. other parts from the distributors show up fine.

 

Puzzled as to what's gone wrong and if there's some sort of workaround. For now I just delete any with no pricing as I have my spreadsheets setup to use that info and FREE (right, that's what blank = 0 means?) confuses it.

    Thanks for the detailed information. I have managed to reproduce this using part PCA9554AD,118 where the price shows in the search list but disappears once added. I will raise a bug report with Altium because I have not yet found a workaround.

    I have had the same blank pricing - but as far as I can tell it is when the quantity required is less than the MOQ offered by the supplier (e.g. specify 10 and the minimum is 100). I assume the price comes and goes as the supplier alters the minimums required to order that specific stock code. What is really needed is a way to filter out any part codes that are much greater than the quantiy required (I might want to see a part with mininum = 100 if I need 25, but a minimum of 5000 is very unlikely to be of interest).

    It doesn't always seem to be related to MOQ. Whist searching to add a link you can adjust the quantity and see the prices come and go due to minimum quantities but once added it no longer works. The prices (when shown) do adjust for the order quantity box but if there is no price then it seems to remain that way even though the price has just been viewed when adding.
