About the difference between imported schlib and self-made schlib fonts

When I import PCB library from Samacsys, the reference designator font is shown as below.

On the other hands I create a new component manually, the reference designator font is shown as below.

If place these components, Courier New and Times New Roman will be mixed together on the schematic.

So I'd like to arrange these fonts on library level or schematic side.

I tried to change font at Pin Properties dialog and Default Font for Primitives at Schematic Preferences,

these fonts don't change. Where is the setting dialog to fix it?
