Preset for Dimension

I use Dimension menu.

But I always apply unit to Millimeters, Line width and Text size at [properties...] when add a new dimension.

Can I define the default value?

When starting to place a dimension hit TAB to adjust the properties. After that these properties should be reused on subsequent dimensions (until program is exited).
