Problems with vault explorer. Could not find any devices with the built in search engine

Question

Hi there. The Altium Vault are sometimes a great tool to get a device on the board in a faster way But, now we can't search any devices with the internal search engine. Tested with two licenses on two computers. Example: If i navigate to "unified comp\components\analog devices\data converters\ADC" so i show some devices named AD5* . If i search these devices in two ways with "AD5" or "AD5*" i dont get any result. But i get an error (attached pictures). Hope anybody can help me

It is a problem that is occurring for a number of people. If you look at the other threads on here you will find many reports. The workaround for now is to use the Search tab.

Interesting you cannot see the other threads - not heard of that before. Here's a link that might help.

"Object reference not set...." in vault explorer

I believe there's a Sergey at Altium but I don't think that's the surname of the one I know of.
