Bom issue Circuit Studio with digikey rscomponents, farnell, mouser etc

Hi

 

Our company use the program circuit studio and we have some issues when we want to get the BOM.

 

Some components do not include the parameters needed

As you can see this issue Is talked on the internet (link) but following the recommendations given there, we couldn’t fix it.

 

 

The Circuit Studio software version is 1.5.2 installed in windows 10 x64 version 20H2
