Circuit Sutdio SSL Error --> Not able to start the trial

Hello together,

I already contacted the Altium Service and he sent me over to the CS Supportsite, which send me back to the Altiumsupport. Great Loop! So here Iam with my Problem:

Iam trying to start the free trial of circuit studio, but Iam not able to start the trial or open the community page. After starting the program iam getting the error message "AN error occurred during a connection to app-sjf.marketo.com. Peer reports incompatible or unsupported protocol version. (Error codde: ssl_error_protocol_version_alert). I unblocked everything with the It department and deactivated the firewall, but its still not working. From my browser iam able to access the website.

Does anybody know a fix for this problem? Or has an direct Email to the CS-support?

Just wondering if you searched on the Internet using the error message you got.

there is a thread on this forum related to this problem.

Error on the trial registration page

There are probably other search results with clues.
