Hi Javier - it is available as a single seat, perpetual license. USD cost is $2990 and that includes the full seat and the first years subscription to the Altium content vault and all product updates etc....see here CircuitStudio - Altium's Professional PCB Tool

Each year following the annual maintenance subscription cost is USD $495.
