Auto-renewal not working

Hi!

 

My subscription ended a few days ago and the auto-renewal did not activated, I updated my payment profile a few days before the subscription ended, but nothing happened, and i don't see how to renew now, I have to buy the renew from the Newark Store??? it has to be with the same e-mail account from my Altium Account?
