Not too happy when I am wrapping up a job and find that certain job files have bugs in them preventing certain functions in the future. But such is CAD, no matter the cost.
Referring to my prior post, I had cut and paste the layer "readout" from the Keithley project onto my pcb design.
Three of the 10 or so layer names did not show, nor were they there when a select box surrounded the area. For the three layers whose text did not show, I also could not add new text as it seemed invisible. I actually WAS dragging new text and if I moved the mouse over a plane area on the board, you could see the text I was "holding", in the display background color. Click to place it and it disappeared. It also could not be selected once this happens.
But the text was there, only the same color as the sheet background AND at locations far to the +X direction from my mouse click !
I created a new pcb job and cut and paste this troubled job onto that page. Lo and behold, all the layer names were no properly displayed.
Just posting this for future reference, no time nor do I know how to report a bug. And certainly do not want to hold up that CircuitMaker Pro release
