From a new installation on Windows 10, I am unable to open project files. I am able to open the schematic and pcb by itself. When I go to open a project file the program just spins its wheel. I know that the project file is good because when I use a different computer it works. So the question is, how do I fix the problem on the problem computer? What could be messing it up?
