I believe CircuitMaker Pro/CircuitStudio 2.0 is a dead project. Recently, I asked an Altium rep, who was trying to sell me Altium Designer, about it, and he told me he hadn't heard anything about it recently.
if that is really true, then it is a big disappointment. So much in circuitstudio needs to catch up with the minimum requirements for eDA and robust software. If you are talking to a sales person, then they are always wanting to sell you designer!

Well, when I basically told him it was either an updated CS or a competitor's product, he didn't do anything to try to keep me as an Altium customer. Surely if CS 2.0 was going to happen, that would be their fall back.
