Layer names change in PCB Printout properties

Question

I have a problem that I don't know how to solve. 
 I have a "Comments" layer on my PCB. I try to include it in my PCB printout. I add it as a layer in the PCB Printout properties. 
 
 I hit okay, and it doesn't print the layer. I go back into the properties box and it has changed my Comments layer to "Assembly Text Bottom". No matter how many times I try to add Comments it always changes it. I can't figure out how to print my Comments layer.

Just a note, this board was originally designed by a subcontractor using Altium. It seems that has the layers confused somehow.

After being frustrated about this, I decided to move my comments layer from Mechanical 7 (which was where it had imported to) to Mechanical 22. After doing that it kept my setting in the PCB Printout Properties dialog. Seems that there must be something special with Mechanical 7. Anyway, I can't explain why CS is acting this way, but at least I got what I needed.
