Library Components Properties

the check box 'Show All Pins On Sheet(Even If Hidden)' is not available.
Is there a way to activate this check box

What software are you using? Kind of looks like Circuitstudio but wondering if its Altium?

Might be helpful to explain how you got to where you are in the above screen.

It is Circuitstudio 1.5.2.

->open library *.LibPkg -> open schematic library *.ShLib -> edit Component (in this case R0805)

I have not seen this behavior before. Some things I can think of:

Did the library perhaps come from an Altium Designer project?

If you create a new library, are the option boxes available?
