Re installing Circuit studio

Following a recent hardware failure I am trying to re-install circuit studio but having downloaded the installation program and agreed to the t's and c's I get a pop up stating "CONFIRM Error from appregistry.live.altium.com : invalid Username/Password combination"

I'm sure my Altium password and user name are correct and have even reset the password and logged in again andit still fails.

Has anyone any clues as to what is going on or how to fix it?

Yes, I'm getting the same error. Here is the response I received from ASEN Tech Support this morning: Altium has feedback that the error is a known error on the installer and the developers are working…

Yes, I'm getting the same error. Here is the response I received from ASEN Tech Support this morning:

Altium has feedback that the error is a known error on the installer and the developers are working on it.
Checking for any temporary license that can be used as a workaround, will update soon.

The CircuitStudio installer currently has this error
Error from appregistry.live.altium.com
invalid username/password
The developers are now investigating the problem.
