I placed the order for my CS maintenance renewal November 1st. I still have not received the activation code and its been over 2weeks. I have contacted Newark several times and they state that they have to contact the vendor (Altium) and will get back to me in 24hrs. Well 24hrs comes and goes with no e-mail.
Anyone know what's going on?
Anyone get there CS maintenance renewal after November 1st 2022?
My subscription ran out on Nov 10th. I tried a week prior to renew from within CircuitStudio, but it looks like it didn't go thru. I see this at the bottom of my 'Payment Profile' within the CircuitStudio program:
This message has been there since I tried to put in my order, and likely before that.
I'm guessing at this point you have to go straight to Newark and order . (Newark's item search is messed up also. I searched for 'CircuitStudio'. I expected it to go here. Instead of going to a web page for either product information or ordering it 'redirects' into the Element14 product page. And it doesn't matter if I search for 'CircuitStudio' or 'CircuitStudio Subscription' it goes to the page to order the CircuitStudio app. There's a small link to the Subscription listed on the right side of this web page. With all these links and redirects it seems little wonder then that the 'Payment system is temporarily unavailable'.)

P.S. I have been subscribing for 3 years or so, and Altium has not provided any significant support, or come out with information on CircuitMaker Pro/CircuitStudio 2.0, updates, or anything of help to the CS community. If they'd release some information we could rely on more people would be likely to renew their subscriptions. I want to believe there will be a CS2.0, but as it stands my faith has pretty much died. (Now, PC Maker/builder "Build Redux" is practically using the CS Logo! But I don't think Altium even cares any more.)
