adding items to hidden nets.

New to circuit studio, I finished a schematic and want to make my PCB and when I compile I get a few warnings. First on that list is adding items to hidden nets. I had to add a -15v net, is there more then just coping a net and renaming it? I can not find a specific place to define power nets. I just copied the +5 net and renamed it to -15, was that wrong?

I also have a lot of "has no driving source" warnings These are where pins go to pads I mad. Is there a way to tell my pad its s driving source or do I just ignore these errors?

It does say on a pop-up that the documentation is outdated. It looks like the way to get to their support forum is https://live.altium.com/signin which gives the option to join: https://live.altium.com…

    Hi,

the warning about hidden nets is probably related to hidden pins on some multi part component, see

    https://documentation.circuitstudio.com/display/CSTU/WorkspaceManager_Err-AddingHiddenNetToSheet((Adding+Hidden+Net+to+Sheet))_CS

It looks like you have a hidden pin that wants a -15v supply, possibly an op-amp ? Its fine to rename the existing power ports to any net name you like, they're just net labels like anything else.

The driving source warning means you have pins that are marked as inputs but they aren't directly connected to a pin marked as an output. This happens a lot and is annoying as it fills the error report with junk. I don't really know what it's supposed to achieve, as it is very common not to have an input pin connected directly to an output.

You can either ignore it, (it's just a warning, not an error), edit the pin to make it passive instead of an input ( Edit Pins in the bottom left hand corner of the component properties), or set the condition to No Report in the Error Reporting page of the Project Options.

As for Altium I was already registered so when the announcement was made (best CS news in ages) I just signed in with my Altium user/password, so don't know what happening to their website.
