output pcb generated docs to separate sheets.

Is there a way to get the PCB prints to put layers on separate pages? I'd like each layer and their sub layers to be on their own page?

    HI. You'll have to configure a separate sheet for each layer, by going into Project->Generate Output->PCB Prints Configure and inserting a printout (right click for the context menu). Then right click on the new printout and add the layer. Repeat for all layers.
