Multi-board schematic?

Aaaand... second simple question.

It is possible to creat a single project with a set of interconnected schematics and several boards in CS?

It seems to be possible in the fancy version of Altium Designer, according to this:

www.altium.com/.../multi-board-design-overview

I suspect the quick answer is "no".

But I can (and have) created multiple boards in my project. What is the logical meaning of this? Is there any advantage or purpose in a project containing multiple boards?

    I'd be very surprised if that is supported.

    But that's not what you're asking for.

    Circuit Studio is (from visual inspection) very much like a deliberately crippled version of their old DXP product. They have actively removed functionality, to differentiate between CS and Altium Designer, so "non-essentials" like a multi-board project are likely to not be possible, considering a lot of other low-end and mid-range CAD packages are missing that too. But I'm speculating I'm afraid : (

    I actually can't think of any low- mid- range PCB CAD package that supports that, but I could be very wrong.

    Thanks again for the reply - I believe you're correct.

    However I do find it curious that I can have two boards in one project.
