using cypress CY8C5868AXI-LP035

Hi,

I am trying to use the  CY8C5868AXI-LP035CY8C5868AXI-LP035 from the vault

it contains 2 'part numbers' if you increment the part number it shows the power block. but how do i use this?

If I label them with 2 different part id's it gives the red error banding.

If I label different numbers it places 2 parts on the pcb.

How do i use this part correctly?
