I bought Circuit Studio In 2015 with a "perpetual licence" & a years support. I understand that the support period has expired, but my understanding of the concept of a perpetual license is that it does not expire? I bought the software with the expectation that I was not in for yearly fees.
CS says the license has expired, how do I get assistance to update the licence?
I have sent an email to pcbsoftware@........but so far there has been no response.
As this is fully paid for, it's not right that I am now locked out of the software.
