We recently came across a TVS diode in the Altium content vault who's symbol is just a regular diode with a straight cathode line. I think the IEEE 315 calls out for a line with the little "ears" on each end going different directions.
I could have swore I read somewhere that all parts that are created by the Altium team and uploaded into the content vault are created to the IEEE 315 symbol standard, but maybe I am misremembering. Does anyone from Element14 or the Altium team know for sure on this?
