Installer hangs at "Supplier_TME_CS" not found

Because of BSoD problems with CircuitStudio on Windows 10 Pro ('Creators Update', see here, here, and here) I decided to boot up an old partition of Windows 7 and see if I couldn't get that running, but it was a 1.0 release. I was able to get up to 1.2.0 before I again started having problems. This time there seems to be a problem accessing and downloading a supplier plug-in because I can't get past the following error:

It doesn't seem to get past this no matter how many times I seem to press the 'YES' button, and wait. And, if I press the 'NO' button the installation aborts. Notice it's the 'App Registry' not the Windows Registry that has the problem. Was TME removed as a supplier in the 1.3.0 and later versions of CS?

 

At this point I can't fully use CS on Windows 10, nor can I update and use it on Windows 7. Nice.
