Signal Harness keyboard shortcut in schematic doesn't work

I think I found a minor bug in CS 1.4.1 (Build 99)... In the schematic editor, pressing the "H" key doesn't start placing a Signal Harness like it's supposed to. Other shortcuts such as "W" for Place Wire work fine for me. Can anyone confirm this?
