I'm not sure there is a maximum uncoupled length as long as the signals get there when they're supposed to. BUT there are different standards that will tell you things like what is coupled and uncoupled for DDR and USB. DDR standards can be found on the Jedec website, it should be free, you might need to register though. The rest of the standards should be able to be found via a google search.
