I have generated gerber files in circuit studio . when i was check in gerber files kicad sotware the gerber is not in origin , sitting somewhere .

On the "Advanced" tab of the "Gerber Setup Form" there is a "Position on Film" setting.
Have you tried to play with this setting?
The offset from the origin may relate to your positions of the absolute and relative origin of your PCB project.
