CircuitStudio subscription

Hi,

My CS subscription came up for renewal and I ordered another 12 months from Element14.  Nothing happened and now I see that the order (confirmation number 15572153) has been cancelled.  I emailed about this a while ago but have had no response, so I'm trying this channel.  Any suggestions?

  • Hi Frog, something doesn't sound right if you saying your order was cancelled. Please can you email me directly the details including a copy of the sales order acknowledgement and confirm which website you ordered from or the name of the sales person and sales office.
