NB: CircuitStudio appears to require DirectX

Running CS 1.4 in a VM:

* Weird crashes on startup (but program sort of works)

*PCB sheets show existing "schematic", rather than a black PCB canvas

Turns out that DirectX support is needed in the VM - otherwise CS will give strange crashes without any usable error message and the PCB functionailty won't work.

Suggest Altium add startup check for DirectX availability.

The need for DirectX is stated in the system requirements, luckily most decent VM software does provide this.

"DirectX 9.0c and Shader model 3 (or later)"

That may well be - my point was that CircuitStudio does not seem to check and provide a useful error message if DirectX functionality is missing.

(I use a dozen programs in Windows a few in Red Hat and a dozen in OS X on a weekly basis from Agilent ADS to Zuken CR-5000 to LTspice. I cannot remember sys reqs for all these.)

Moreoever, with VMs, where such changes, such as enabling/disabling DirectX support, might be made in an effort to debug other problems or programs, or to save power, this can cause very hard to resolve problems for the user.

Hence I propose a simple check / error message if the DirectX API is not available upon CS startup.
