Thought I should update this - the vault is not locked out as far as i can tell. It just didnt return any data when I tried to search. Thats a different issue.
My account does still say that my maintenance expired however, despite having paid. I also am able to install updates even though my account says the maintenance is expired. exactly what did I pay my maintenance fee for?
