"Update PCB With Current Footprint" Not Updating Footprint

I have the CSPcbDoc file open that I'd like updated with the new footprint. The change I made was adding a dot on the top overlay to indicate pin 1 of the component. Nothing is updated. Any ideas?

I've had this problem before. It's when I think I'm using one library but it turns out that I'm using a different one. Check your links and make sure that you are updating the correct library.

Thanks for the reply James. I most certainly was using a similarly named object in the same library. Thanks again.
