Poly Pour not clearing other NETS

I am new to Circuit Studio.   I have placed a polygon pour over several objects the same net objects is working fine.   It places thermal reliefs over pads of said net.  What it is doing, is that it pours over opposite nets unrelated to the selected nets.   Altium's documentation suggest it should not do this.
