Create Toolbar Icon for Component Properties in Schlib

A recommendation for future CS revisions: the tool bar needs to have Component Properties restored to it in the context of schematic symbol creation.

It's in AD but apparently was sacrificed from CS.

My workaround in CS is to type Component Properties into the search bar, but its time consuming when I have to create a lot of parts.

Hi Jim. The component property dialog is available from the toolbar although it two clicks rather than one.

I usually bring up the properties in schematic library by a double mouse click on the component name in the SCH Library panel.
