Single Layer Mode

Hi Everyone!

 

In the PCB-Editor, what reasons could there be, that the single layer mode can't be activated??? When I hit the Button, pretty much nothing happens!

 

If I use the "View Configuration" Button to set the Single-Layer-Mode to Grey-Scale I get a Single Layer view. But if I return to full layer mode again than I cant just switch to single layer mode with the button or hot-key.
