Object copy on pcb ignored net settings

Hey there.

One more bug found image

If i copy/paste a via for example the pasted via don't have any net defined.

Now i want create a panel of x counts of the made pcb, all the copied pcbs get DRC errors.

All copied PCBs don't have any net signal names included, so all polygons with vias will be destroit now.

Hope altium will fix that too in the next versions...

Greetings, Bjoern

    @ Element14 guys:

Can someone send this issue to Altium, please.

Since Camtastic / Panelizing is not included, you have no way to export a panel without other tools or the manufacturer's help ... really bad

    Hi,

I don't think it is a bug.  It is likely they intentionally do not support panelization of PCBs so as to not down-compete with full Altium features.

You can have a PCB fabricator panelize for you. If needed, give them guidance on what/how to put panel fiducials, instance scoring, routing or snap-of points, and such.  Then make sure they give you back the panelized design so you can have stencils made.

In CS and AD, copy/paste of vias and tracks do not carry the net names but they should pick up net names from any single nets they at pasted to contact with.  There is also a tools tab and netlist menu command to update free primitives from component pads.
