CircuitStudio may be updated to the latest version, within the software.
The software automatically checks for updates every 3 days, provided the software is signed in automatically.
Check frequency can be changed:
File | System Preferences
Expand to the System >> General Settings page of the Preferences dialog.
Change the Check frequency field to specify how often a check is made.
Check for updates manually:
Access the Extensions and Updates area by clicking View | Start on the ribbon to display the Home page, then click on My Account and select Extensions and Updates from the drop-down menu. Once there, click the Updates link to access the Updates page for the area.
Notes:
Note 1. You must be signed in to successfully check for updates. Use View | Start | My Account >> Sign in
Note 2. Sign in may be set to Automatic:
File | System Preferences
Expand to the System >> Account Management page of the Preferences dialog.
Enable the checkbox: Sign me in when I start CircuitStudio
Note 3. Ensure that your CircuitStudio Maintenance Subscription is current, prior to updating the software.
